Just finished Day 16 of FBSweat, which was an upper body weight lifting routine, 31 minutes total. I've also got in over 12.5k steps so far today.

Decided not to do the extra credit workout today.
Bought myself another FitnessBlender program because they are having cyber Monday sales, picked up a 4 week program called FBBurn which is apparently similar to FBSweat, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it!
