Tue: conditioning (included the wrists, felt the burn)
Wed: cardio (meter is definitely on the fritz)
Thu: class ("Can you extend that further?" "Um, no." But did well enough)
Fri: rest day
Sat: conditioning (nothing special)
Sun: nothing (felt quite tired and a little sick)
Mon: class (felt meh but went)
Thanks prefab! I heard you were struggling a bit with exercise and things in general. Glad to hear you're getting back into a groove again.
Knees are certainly better, it's just a question of how long before I switch back to something more intense. Working on the wrists too. So, it's all okay.
