my son has Asperger and my daughter has sensory issues. You sound like you fall on the spectrum to me. I am not a professional. I just live with two kids who fall on the spectrum, and a husband who is on the spectrum. It may be worth looking in to. A label will not change things much, but it will give you a peace about who you are.
