Hi all,

does anyone have any tricks or exercises for letting down their barriers/allowing vulnerability? I'm having difficulties with freezing up and closing up in session and really want to practice sitting with the discomfort of vulnerability.
So far, I've tried meditation prior to session and writing an imaginary dialogue of what I really want to say but sometimes can't.
Any other ideas?
