I feel the same way. For those who wind up liking their jobs I understand why they would do it. But so many people hate their jobs and stay anyway. When you're mostly surrounded by these kinds of people it can be difficult to go against the grain. At 26 I am throwing in the towel though. I just cannot anymore.
