Its like when a fb happens...it’s life quits existing and total absorbtion in it. The physical dissolves. The present doesnt exist...totally emursed. Finally when there is conflicting feelings...it crumbles and the present reality returns. Its scary when we are driving.

I cant see a point of grounding until it falls apart. Its like being hundred miles away...frozen...catatonic...horror...timeless...dazed...confused....stuck...

Just a thought...color...feeling...object...anything...de ja vue...odor...anything triggers it... sometimes end on end...
