Did you do a lot of stairs on thanksgiving that you dont usually do?
The last time i overexerted myself, really just straining my legs, nothing too strenuous, i was surprised how long it took me to recover. Plus i thought i had developed restless leg syndrome, my legs hurt so much at bedtime and would shake. But after a week or so and some exercise, it got better. I hope it does for you. But it was definitely different.
