I didn’t know how my pdoc appt would go, since I’m new to lithium. My fear was that she would up my dose, but I’m already a bit tired and forgetful. I’m feeling pretty good though.

She said I’m still not at a therapeutic dose (just .4), but she’s going to keep me at the same dose.

Whew.
