It started out with a few days of psychotic symptoms, and now I've entered into a (psychotic) depressive state. I'm spending all day in bed and having suicidal ideations.

I'm also in Cairo. We have two weeks left of the semester. Should I come home early? It sounds like my program will let me do that if I want to. I just really wanted to finish out the semester. But I don't want to put myself in danger either. What should I do?
