I am tempted to reapply (I discontinued my PhD program but I am able to come back... maybe, probably pending I have $4000 to throw their way first...). I really want to achieve my PhD but I just don't know if I am stable enough to do it. I really want to try, however. It's important to me.... but I don't want to fall farther into debt and feel like a failure.
