we aren't in the UK, but we have had a lot of experience with so-called mental health professionals in Australia, as well as having been one.

don't let them put you down !!!!

just because they have training doesn't mean they have empathy some ppl aren't suited to this work !!!

don't be so compliant that you don't insist on respect, that won't help you or them, they need to learn or get out of the field.
