So I told my mom they needed to leave in an hour. They left 2 hours later. But they are finally gone.
I still get very triggered by them. The dissociation is still bothering me. I have been hospitalized after a visit with them before. Totally unsure if that's gonna put me in an episode. I sure hope not. I usually spend about 3 days in bed after they leave.
