How does your therapist help you access your feelings in session? I get in reporter mode and seem to almost get defensive saying “I’m fine, no I don’t feel lonely” etc. But then I can watch This Is Us, burst into tears and feel it all. How do I access these deep feelings in my session so I can process them and have a cathartic moment?
