Mixed to me is hell on earth..

Im unable to rest because I am wound up and usually in a hella of a angry rage-y mood but I dont want to have the physical ability to get up move around..

As BipolaRN has said in the past .. On the floor of your bathroom scrubbing it with a toothbrush and sobbing your eyes...
