I don't how to bring things up; because, almost everything is quite, literally, going wrong. I'm very upset in general. Things from the past have blown up in my face. Work is awful. I got sent home early. Because I suspect, I was acting paranoid. My family situation is starting to go down hill, and I don't know how much more I can take, at this point.
