I've been stable now for a month and a half or so, I go to counseling once a week. It doesn't feel like I need to be there and a waste of my money and time.
We talk about the week and what is going on. Pretty much everything is positive. So do I bring up other subjects to work on or take a break from going?
When I'm stable I just don't feel like there's a need for me to be going but when I'm depressed or manic then that's a different story.
What do you all think?
