We talk about the week and what is going on. Pretty much everything is positive. So do I bring up other subjects to work on or take a break from going?
When I'm stable I just don't feel like there's a need for me to be going but when I'm depressed or manic then that's a different story.
What do you all think?
It's best to keep going to the therapist even when you're stable. If you wait to go only when you're unstable, then your therapist needs to catch up on what caused the instability.

Plus, your T also needs to catch you in a moment when you're able to make an unstable move -- which can only happen if you're there to talk about it.

If nothing went wrong during the week, find a subject that you need to work on. There is always something you can improve on.
