The questions I think I would ponder if I were you:
How long have you been in therapy?
Have you felt better in the past and then suddenly got worse?
Can you stop now and then go back without having to wait forever to get back in if you start feeling worse?
Can you take a break or cut back?
What would you want to accomplish if you brought up "other subjects"?
How much is that "other" stuff bothering you?
Nothing like answering a question with a question, huh?
