Deilla, That's great. 7 lbs is awesome. Glad the fruits & veggies helped.
I'm not having much success, I'm fluctuating around between 195 and 201, and I went to my first Christmas party last night & just couldn't resist desert.
I think I'm just going to be careful between now and January, and get serious again in Jan.
