Hi guys, I need some suggestions and/or advice.
My current schooling situation means I will be attending for only one hour (8:40 AM - 9:40 AM) every Monday - Thursday from now until June. I'm having spells of intense depression around 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. I've adjusted my medication schedule, and it's helping somewhat, but I need something to keep me busy. Seasonal depression has added on to my normal depression has well, lucky me.
I have pets that I care for, I draw, play video games, and read. I like talking with my friends as well, but they're all busy usually. I'm too nervous to get a job right now, but I need a new hobby or something, because my depression is making my other hobbies seem boring a lot of the time.
So, any suggestions would be wonderful. My only restriction is I have severe allergies (so no cats/rodents/plants), and please nothing with kids.
