Hello Kafka. I can not be 100% sure, but I did have a severe manic episode with psychotic features come on in the past when on the combination of Abilify and Lamictal. It didn't happen immediately, though. Looking back I had been hypomanic on that combo for quite a while before.

I know Lamictal is activating for me (from other experiences, too), but I don't know if Abilify was, or if it was just ineffective at preventing mania.
