This is why I really like going to a 12 step program. There are no co-pays and I can make my own schedule.
But I do think have a personal therapist is really helpful for most but takes a lot of work.
I also could see getting addicted going to 12 step meetings. I love the social part and hearing the other stories, but takes a lot of time to drive and attend them, so I do like 2 a week, but 3 would be optimal.
