I think my therapist was right yesterday. I may be entering a hypomanic phase. I've been on turbo mode all day today after 3 hours of sleep and it's worrying me. Every time I get like this, I crash into serious depression a few days later. I want to be ready this time.
Is there anything I should do to prepare for this inevitable crash? I know coping strategies, but I'm thinking preventative measures.
