I've never been able to prepare because for whatever reason I never see my mood changes coming and they hit me like a ton of bricks. What would I do? Make sure I'm taking my meds and see my therapist. I would do my errands and grocery shopping before I crashed. I would reach out to a friend and let them know that I may need some extra support. I would shower and tidy the house. I would also make sure I get sunshine and exercise. Lots of self care.
