Right, but you pay for whatever you think you're paying for. If you ask 100 people what they pay for therapy for, they will probably give 100 different answers. That's why it is addictive. You believe you are getting what you pay for (otherwise why would you pay for it?)

Yet ironically that's also how it can be effective if you use it right. It can really show you what it is that you believe.
