How are you breathing Jenn? Short and fast? If so, try concentrating on slowing your breathing down....deeply and slowly in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth. That will do a number of things for you...first it will help get much needed rich oxygen to your body and brain and secondly will get you thinking about something other than the anxiety right now.
How about going for a brisk walk around the neighborhood? If you can do that...maybe a little exercising in the house? Stretching is great for the body while deep breathing.
