I have nobody to talk to. I have all the crisis numbers but I get so anxious at the thought of talking to someone I don't know about how I feel that I physically can't do it. I could ring my GP surgery and ask my GP to ring me back but she might not ring till Monday (and last time I tried she didn't ring me back at all). Otherwise they will get someone to call me back today but then I have the same problem talking to someone I don't know.

I hate having to ask for help, and then when I do need to, I don't even have anyone to ask

Have you thought about turning to a family member, or long time friend (even if you haven’t had a chance to connect lately). Perhaps you can slowly begin to build a support network around yourself.
Thanks for this!
