This is where I found out that on the pancakes mix, the calorie count from myfitnesspal is different from what is stated on the box. Still, when the box says three pancakes for a half a cup of mix, I have to figure out what this means for my pancake size. I will have to investigate this further. I may have placed a different amount on the scale compared with what I actually used. Flour can compress easily. Next time I will measure the mix as I am placing it in the bowl instead of after the fact trying to see how much I used. I definitely will be using the scale more where I can do this instead of guessing. Either way, I think this calorie count is close.

If there is one, the food entries with the green check mark are best as they are verified. One brand that can be tough is Walmart Great Value because they source from lots of different companies. Once I found 2 tubs of whole milk Greek yogurt next to each other with a different calorie count.
