I had an early appointment with my doctor. They weighed me out to be at 180. My shoes add a couple pounds, so my weight is closer to 178. This may mean an actual weight gain has happened. If this is the case, my over 2100 calorie meals may be actually putting weight on me albeit very slowly. I still need to find a calorie count that will maintain my weight, and then meet it most of the time. Today I will make peanut butter cookies. Peanut butter is healthy, correct?

I do get paranoid about further weight loss, and even weight gain. I cannot let these day-to-day changes in weight throw me.
