Okay, I've been going back and forth with the client. I am really interested in submitting to the National Science Foundation, I am just very nervous that the client has not prepared enough aspects of their project to be ready for this submission. It doesn't sound like they have very much prepared, which means I'm going to have to get them to do a lot of homework before I can do MY work. And it's going to be about whether or not they are willing to do that work.
I guess I should just pose it that way. We can get this done but you are going to have to do some homework so I can get this all together.
