Lets see, cats dissapear all the time so kitty disappears when dad is looking for it. You just have no ideavwhere kitty could have gone

No way does a NEW GF take over control of the house. I would be irritated & especially thinking of your baby going to stay at your brothers. NO WAY!!!!
