Sometimes when my mood flat, I can't tell if it's still some depressive symptoms "leaking through" the meds, or if it's the meds in itself. I do know that when I was feeling especially flat after a medication change, after a few months, I adjusted and no longer felt that way. It's hard to tell though, whether it's the meds or not. Sometimes this can indicate that you are on either too high of a dose of meds or perhaps need a med change, as others stated....unless you want to just ride it out and see if the feeling lasts for much longer.
