I'm sorry you had to go through this. I know it's hard to lose contact with nieces and nephews. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it unless your brother does something to change the custody agreement or they reach age 18 and can choose for themselves to have a relationship with you or not.
Is she currently doing anything to harm you?
