Unfortunately, trust has been broken twice now. You could try and put your foot down again, but clearly she wants to be in contact with this guy on SC, so you would most likely be mistrustful and wanting to snoop again in her phone to see what she's doing. The way I see it, is either you accept that she needs to be in contact with this guy and allow it, or let go, break up and move on.
