You cpuld just make her life so miserable by telling her she is a lazy fool to live that way & you have no respect for her & you couldvup her rent for wear & tear on your furniture since she is not providing her own. Basically since she is a renter, Im not sure what your rights are for evicting her if someone is paying the required rent. If I didnt like her as a roommate & she has no interesr in getting a job or leaving, I woukd respond to her comments by putting her down. That might inspire her to leave....just a thought since really not sure how other possibilities might work
