Felt better by later Saturday.

Tue: nothing (had an emotional meltdown)
Wed: cardio (somehow got this done)
Thu: class (didn't do much, but went and held it together )
Fri: rest day
Sat: nothing (still struggling, the physio and minor weights seems so hard for some reason)
Sun: cardio (getting dark outside, but I couldn't miss another day)
Mon (today): class (usual light stuff)

Glad to see you here again starry! I'm assuming the gym work is in addition to your yoga?

I hear you prefab on the pacing. The rate meter is gone on my default exercise machine. It's a little frustrating since I'm just guessing my pacing now, and I can feel so different on different days that I don't know how I'm really doing. I find it incredibly hard to push myself to some kind of maximal effort when I'm exercising on my own.

I'm sure I'm doing well enough for just general health, but I'd like to do better because the plyoga classes are still hard.
