For me, that would be way too many vacation days. I have been fortunate, I guess, to have Ts who take off 2 or maybe 3 weeks a year.

With that said, it seems unlikely that your T is going to change things.

I am sorry you are in a place where you have to choose to either put up with something you don't like or find a new T. That pretty much sucks.
