I'm sure you both must have talked about this before he got the job and went off to training. Of course being an officer's wife is difficult...and on the kids and hubby too, but many families go through this and survive just fine. There are usually lots of supports within the police community too...so that is something to look forward to.

If the idea of him being a cop makes you feel safer and has the added benefit of making him more alluring and sexy to you....then you go with it
