What you've just described has happened over & over & over again throughout my life.
Dating all the way back to when I was 12 or 13.
It's one of the reasons I really don't trust anyone.
I used to be happy & it didn't take much for me to trust you.
I miss that person ( meaning me).
All I can say is some people are like that. I sure would like to meet the other half who aren't heartless *****'s.
This will be a question I will bring up with the new therapist I'll be seeing next month.
