Why do we bother trying to work? My performance review sucked this year even though some of it was lies. They wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to correct it. Part of my problem this year was being ignored when I tried to contribute. Then I got ignored again at my review. Our review process is crap. I don’t get anything in writing or sign anything. So they can say and do whatever they want and I have no recourse. So today they hand out the envelopes with your raise in it. For the first time in 17 years I didn’t get a raise. I have been out on disability parts of the last three years but this year has actually been the least. It is just total crap. I should just go on disability full time since they obviously don’t think I can do the work.
