Years ago when I was in my darkest days a wonderful doctor told me that I acted like eeyore...."nobody likes me, nobody cares"...and he even did it in an eeyore voice.....from the moment on I started to heal.

That has always stuck with me and helped me the most to get beyond despair. Now and then when I get feeling sorry for myself I just think about eeyore....say it in his voice as best as I can.....and put a smile on my face.

I even loved it so much that I tattoo eeyore on me and I just look at it and smile.......
