Thank you... everyone...

yes... I am grieving... this dog.. has been my "everything"... I raised him from birth... actually was there and took care of him from birth on... and.. we have been so "in tune"....

he is about 75 lbs... a "mutt"... so cute... a terrior.. mixed with a english springer spaniel...

my ex's dog.. got pregnant.. at 1 year old.. because he didn't fix her... I took her.. for the pregnancy.. because he wasn't taking care of her... and I found homes for all the pups... and got the mom fixed...

my ex... then realized how much he loved his dog.. and took much better care of her.. so I was ok with giving her back...

but.. I kept this pup....so am very attached....and my T.. told me that he was unexpectly going out of town... so that shocked me... he has that right.. but.. I really hate it when they spring it on you.. a couple of days before... ya know.. it is a vacation... and I wish him well... just.. wish.. he would give more lead time...
