I have this when I am mannic (bipolar mannic), and it led to people thinking I like the number 11

my oddity is saying meow, woof, cat and dog at random moments

again like the laughter you have I can't control it- it's not like too bad, I don't say cat and dog in every sentence, still embarrassing sometimes
