so I got this line in an email today, and even though I understand what is meant by it, the more I thought about it the more it kinda made me upset.
""Sorry to hear you aren't feeling the best.""
really?? wtf?! when does ANYONE with an MI feel "the best"??? is there even such a thing? I mean with my depression - it's always there! I can't even remember a time that was 'the best'!
do others see/notice/ get this too or is it just me?????
