Fortunately, most AI isn't very intelligent.

But yeah, the heuristics are pretty annoying. I don't think there is an "assistant" I haven't turned off. And whenever I have to boot into Windows, I find myself cursing at the computer for trying to "help" and getting in my way, or fouling-up whatever I'm trying to do in the mistaken belief that I need its misguided help.
