A lot of the alters have normal friends..working alter has friends at work. Ones involved with hobby have friends there etc. Recently have been laid up after surgery. Various friends have graciously come visit. One friend of work alter brought over some food. Hobby alter's friend was visiting. The great cook left & we offered food to remaining friend & fixed ourselves a plate. She gave us a funny look & said 'Thought u didn't eat that'. Have had several such encounters lately. Usually keep friends very separate. But this was very disconcerting. How do you all deal with this? Obviously, nobody knows.
