Hope everyone is able to get some exercise today and this weekend.

I've been doing a brisk 20M walk most days and it's hard to get it going, but I'm loving it after just a few minutes in. Have also been doing some light weight lifting.

Also, a good walk or other exercise will almost always lead to better nutrition that day.

And often, sleep quality.

These are the things that set a foundation for wellness, even if struggles continue, and they honestly probably will. But these things also help foster resilience and that is how we can stay as well as possible.
