Okay, a few things.
I have tried SSRIs before (for anxiety) and had some mood issues while on it... particularly a sort of hypomania.

I have been on the following antipsychotics:
- Zyprexa (for mania- I think sedation was why I stopped)
- Abilify (as mood stabilizer- not covered by insurance)
- Seroquel (for mood and anxiety- effective and sedating but just tolerable)
- Seroquel XR (for mood and anxiety- way too sedating; could not continue)
- Risperdal (mood and anxiety; not much help)
- Seroquel again (*current*)

(Note: I am on Fluanxol for anxiety, which helps a bit)

I see the following as possibilities:

1) Try an AP I have not tried yet (Geodon, Invega, Latuda...)

2) Try an older AP maybe?

3) Higher dose of Fluanxol?

4) Try higher dose of mood stabilizer + a dose of an SSRI which has to be monitored (I have heard that some psychiatrists do this)

5) A different antidepressant (SNRI, MAOI etc.)

What do you guys think? Any advice is appreciated!
