I weigh 179 today. So I think I gained some weight, perhaps a pound. My desserts and fat rich smoothies have been helping. I seem to get in one big meal a day, then much smaller meals for the rest of the day. Right now I am trying to keep the calorie count between 2000 and 2300. It looks like it is turning out to be a 2200 calorie day as long as I keep to my planned meals.
