I'm thinking I'll get back to weights in the new year. I'll just go light and easy at first, to make sure I don't overdo anything.
Also, among other things, I'd like to be able to hold one-legged down dog for the requisite 30 seconds in the middle of the plyoga workout. Currently I have to stop and stand half the time, or do it with both feet on the ground.
